Weapons, illegal substances, glass bottles, and drones are not allowed. Please respect the festival rules to ensure a safe experience for everyone.
We’re grateful to share this beautiful nature with you — let’s keep it that way! Leave no waste behind, not even a cigarette butt. Use the marked recycling stations at the festival and campsite, and dispose of trash properly. The campsite is a grazing field for sheep, so be extra mindful — no litter that could harm them. All waste will be sorted and recycled. Let’s leave the area as we found it — or even better!
We want everyone at the festival to feel safe and well taken care of. To ensure this, we have a dedicated team ready to help. If you need medical attention — whether it’s a minor cut, exhaustion, or something more serious — our First Aid team is here for you. You’ll find them at the reception, always ready to assist. Additionally, our friendly security team is here to keep the festival safe. You can recognize them by their colorful wristbands, they’ll be present on the dance floor, in the camp, and throughout the festival area. Treat them with kindness, follow their guidance, and remember — they’re here for you.
Yes, you can buy food at the festival. We have an open restaurant, a café, and a food truck. You’re also welcome to bring your own food and use the communal grill.
Before you head home, help us keep the festival site clean — leave no trace. Pack up your campsite and dispose of all waste in the designated bins. Takedown begins at 11:00, but you’re welcome to grab breakfast and coffee at our cafeteria, open until 12:00. We’d love to see your festival moments! If you have great photos, feel free to share them with us at contact@festafest.no. Thank you for being part of the festival — safe travels home!
Yes, the age limit is 22 years.
Yes! You can bring your own tent and camp on-site on the field.
Toilets include a few indoor WCs and temporary units near the camp. A limited number of showers will be available inside the Power Plant, but we encourage bathing in the river or at the secluded forest bathing spot for a more immersive nature experience.
Our festival takes place in a secluded spot, surrounded by the river, forest, and open fields where the campsite is located. With no neighbors but nature, this is a true escape. The festival site is 12 km from Oppdal center, and you must arrive by car. The address is Ålbusøyvegen 226. Upon arrival, head to the reception to check in, get your wristband, and start your festival experience. See you there! (We might set up a mini-bus going from the train station on Thursday.)
Yes, we offer a limited number of add-on tickets for electric power access. You must bring a 20-30 meter cable to connect your camper. Send us an email to contact@festafest.no if you want to this option.
